Warm Up Arrangements
The short version first: the app collects no personal data, sends nothing to a server and includes no third-party services. Everything you create in the app stays on your device.

The app stores the following on your device only: the exercises you create yourself, the warm-ups you put together, your saved arrangements, and settings such as switching the sounds on and off. This data never leaves your device and is at no point visible to me.
The app contains no analytics tools, no crash reporting, no advertising networks and no tracking components. No data is transmitted to me or to anyone else.
All exercises, explanations, graphics and audio examples are contained within the app itself. You do not need a connection to the internet in order to use it.
Since all data is held locally, you delete it by removing the app from your device. Individual exercises of your own and individual arrangements can be deleted inside the app at any time.
The app and any extensions are purchased exclusively through Apple's App Store or Google Play. The handling of the purchase, the payment data and the associated data processing lie with those providers; I receive neither payment data nor details about individual purchasers. The privacy terms of the respective provider apply.
You have the rights granted by the General Data Protection Regulation: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. As no personal data is processed by me within the app, these rights largely have nothing to attach to here — but you can reach me at the address above with any question at any time. Complaints can be addressed to the data protection supervisory authority responsible for you.
Should a future version of the app process any data, this statement will be amended beforehand.
